Hello Maxim,
Try one of the libxslt RPMs at ftp://xmlsoft.org/libxslt/
Unfortunately, I don't know what tools will fail to work without this
libxslt support.
And yes, we still have problems running with PostgreSQL 8.3. It is
better to go with 8.2 or earlier.
