[Gmod-help] crosshair bug

Hi. I was starting Gmod on a server and when i logged on, my crosshair and
veiw would only move up and down when i move my mouse. It was fine when i
used the item menu or the home screen, but it just didn't work on the in
game look left/right.  I looked in the console and it said, even without
moving the mouse, "
ConCommand blocked! (Crosshair 1)".  I had tried to restart gmod (didn't
work) and then my computer (didn't work either)! I tried to ajust the misc.
movement and it still worked fine. Do you have any suggestions?
