[Gmod-help] BAM file

Hi Dave,

Hope you are well!

Don't know if you saw my post, but do you have a test BAM file I could use for hg18? Maybe the one you used in the tutorial...would it make a difference if I use the whole of hg18 as the reference?

So if you could tell me where to get 

 /var/www/gbrowse2/databases/humansam/ex1.bam

from I can at least isolate if it's my gbrowse build or bowtie bam file.
