Hi, I am wrapping up a PhD dissertation that makes extensive use of the chado schema and gbrowse to map proteomics data onto an existing genome annotation. I have found journal articles on gbrowse, but how would you suggest that I reference GMOD in general? Is there a best practice for that? Simply the URL? Thanks, Richard D. Hayes
