[Gmod-help] gbrowse file upload size limit

Hi Eva,
I cc'ed this to the GBrowse mailing list, as there are lots of people
on that list that deal with these types of issues.
Certainly, wiggle data can be uploaded to cover whole eucaryotic
genomes; MODEncode is doing it. I'm not sure what the issue is with
"normal" uploads. I don't remember ever hearing about problems with
it. Anybody else?
