Lincoln, Hilmar,
Thanks for undoing the vandalism. I have blocked both new users, and
deleted the new page.
Tomorrow (Tuesday) l will figure out how to grant everyone on the list the
requested abilities.
We currently require users to create a login (and read and retype a CAPTCHA)
before they can edit. We could tighten this in probably any number of ways,
such as requiring a valid e-mail address, or approval from a sys admin.
These are all against the wiki way, but spending your holiday weekend
undoing vandalism is not time well spent.
I'll investigate and let you all know what I find.
Good night,
Dave C
