[Gmod-help] Cant run it anymore

Ok, last night i was playing a zombie's match, afterwords i left the whole game just to get some life support mods and a working stargate, i place every thing were it should be, run the game and it says, http://i254.photobucket.com/albums/hh81/magicbones/gmod-error.jpg so i do the remove local content, reinstall, do it again, same thing, so i am mad, remove content, and the whaters left in the garrysmod folders, and reinstall, once more, no luck. So i remove steam all togater and reinstall all my games, no go... Just want to know whats going on here... Shoot me a email that you got this, and then shoot one over that helps me on fixing the issue
