[Gmod-help] life support 3 ect...

hi i am a player of gmod 10/11 and i was wondering 
if you could help me with it.
i have tortoicesvn and i have downloaded the SB3 
LS3 and RD3 beta's and i cant get them to work.  when i go on to a game 
(singleplayer) it dosent show up and my life support tab is gone.
 
These mods look amazing and i would love to have 
them so if you could help me i would realy appreciate it.
