Hi Kate,

Does the low-res image work? My guess is that it is also giving you a
chromosome view, which it does when the region requested exceeds the maximum
segment length limit. If this is the case, then try upping the "max segment"
option in the gbrowse configuration file (this is assuming that you are
running gbrowse as the administrator ).
