Hi Kate,<br><br>Does the low-res image work? My guess is that it is also giving you a chromosome view, which it does when the region requested exceeds the maximum segment length limit. If this is the case, then try upping the "max segment" option in the gbrowse configuration file (this is assuming that you are running gbrowse as the administrator ).<br>

It's possible this is a data problem. If your GBrowse instance<br>
displays the data correctly then you should be able to generate PNG<br>
images that also look correct. If you can generate PNG but not SVG<br>
then there is probably a problem with the SVG libs. If you can't<br>
generate the PNG then there may be a deeper problem.<br>
