[Gmod-help] Warning: missing files

Members of the GMOD help desk;

I downloaded gmod-0.5-RC1-no-apollo-db.tar.gz
from http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=27707
and when typing "perl Makefile.PL", the following messages
were displayed:

    Warning: the following files are missing in your kit:

and so I inform you of this situation.  Is there another
installation package I should have downloaded?
