Our way of linking to Gramene genome browser pages is currently returning Server Errors.
Actually not always, but sometimes it hits a Server error 500.

For exple from the following UniProt protein entry page,
https://www.uniprot.org/uniprot/Q38796

We link to corresponding Gramene Gene, Transcript or Protein pages via this type of URL
https://ensembl.gramene.org/id/<identifier>

e.g.
https://ensembl.gramene.org/id/AT4G02560.1
which would then be resolved to the following Transcript page:
   => https://ensembl.gramene.org/Arabidopsis_thaliana/Transcript/Summary?db=core;g=AT4G02560;r=4:1123475-1128490;t=AT4G02560.1

Could you check why we get there 500 error code errors ?
