I can't get coordinates converted out of the Assembly Converter to such simple BED format as below:

chr1	11093514	11645675

I'm trying to convert S. bicolor v2 to v3 - I've been trying the whole morning (several BED formats, with 3, 6 columns) without success. Please advise.
