We are parsing the above file and as part of internal qc we compare Uniprot ids to the reg exp from identifiers.org (miriam repo). It high-lighted some ids that didn't match the regex and after further investigation we found that the 0 (zero) had been replaced in your data with a O (uppercase o). We have 2 ids that this occurred in (but if it did not break the regex then we may have more erroneous identifiers that are silently broken). We are concerned that it could happen more throughout the file in other areas that we do not qc.  Please can you investigate? 
The 2 example ids to get you started are: Q6EUNO(0) and PODKK6 (P0DKK6).
