Hello,
your assembly converter for maize v4 to v3 is returning unexpected results. It seems to be breaking up a region into many small pieces.
For example, if I input the following:
input
8 70204900 70207600
1 100219900 100220700
5 5036900 5042200
5 190287100 190290400
9 141172200 141173200
I get this as output (note the end of the first and the start of the second column values are actually contiguous in many cases)
8 68646061 68647714
8 68647714 68647822
8 68647822 68647957
8 68647957 68648001
8 68648035 68648166
8 68648167 68648510
8 68648510 68648773
1 97885187 97885987
5 4908541 4911644
5 185675840 185679140
9 138838856 138839856
If there a way to avoid this or is there something wrong?
