I am interested in maize AGPV4 assembly specially with regard to transposons and methylation. The info (http://ensembl.gramene.org/Zea_mays/Info/Annotation/) says methylation data is available as a track. Is it possible to download the methylation data ? Secondly there was an exhaustive transposon list for agpv2 which seems to absent for AGPV4 ?
