Why do I no longer have a link to gene-based displays for maize, for example, Plant Compara, Ontologies, Phenotypes, etc? Active links are all gone.  when there is a link, I get an error, generally: "AJAX error - Runtime Error in component "EnsEMBL::Web::Component::Gene::Go [content]"

Function EnsEMBL::Web::Component::Gene::Go fails to execute due to the following error:

	Can't locate object method "get_databases" via package "EnsEMBL::Web::Hub" at
	... /usr/local/ensembl-live/gramene-live/gramene/modules/EnsEMBL/Web/Component/Gene/Go.pm line 36."
