Comments    : I pushed some changes to the homology details panel in apps.gramene.org search results. Above the multiple sequence alignment MSA is a \"track\" showing the consensus and a slider above that will zoom in on regions of the MSA. When you hit the max zoom level, it will switch to text. There are performance issues with the text view when the tree is expanded much.
