Hi:
I am interested in why the annotation for v4 for my goi: Zm00001d049201_T001.1, lacks UTRs? I am trying to make primers. The ATG used for v4 is more conserved w/ orthologs than in v3 but I am wondering how the UTRs will be annotated and when? Maybe this is a consequence of the MakerP predictions? Thanks.
