I have bed file of Zeamaysv2 data. I am not able to find the fasta sequence of agpv2 file. So I am trying to convert the agpv2 file to agpv3 file using converter. The Assembly converter is converting agpv3 to agpv4 or agpv4 to agpv3. Please help me regarding this issue. Thank you
