I have been working with orthology data. I realized in March that there was a Release 50 which was dated March 22, 2016 (which I noted had some slightly different orthology relationships than those that I had downloaded previously in September of 2015). I downloaded these from Biomart and did quite a bit of work with them. Today (April 6) I was on the Gramene page and saw that the current release is version 49, released January 2016. What has happened to release 50? Has it been recalled for some reason? I am concerned I may have to redo all the work done in the last couple of weeks.
