Hi,

I will soon work with a large RNA-Seq experiment from maize, that resulted in the quantification of ca. 20,000 different transcripts. Because I only have the gene IDs (e.g. "GRMZM2G058632"), I was wondering if there is anywhere a table with every maize gene identifier along with the corresponding functional (empirical/predicted) annotation, or name, so that I can match to my data.
