Dear Swan,
You could use our Gramene Mart at
http://ensembl.gramene.org/biomart/martview. Select the Plant Genes
dataset for your species of interest, then upload a list of gene
identifiers under Filters, and finally select "Sequences" under Features,
and last, specify which additional region(s) you would like to include in
your customized downloads.
