AJAX error - Runtime Error in component "EnsEMBL::Web::Component::GeneTree::TreeAlignment [content]"
Tool to re-align using clustal omega of a subtree selected within the tree browser failed, but works in plants.ensembl.org

Function EnsEMBL::Web::Component::GeneTree::TreeAlignment fails to execute due to the following error:

	Submission of job failed with HTTP status: 500 Server closed connection without sending any data back	at
	... /usr/local/ensembl-live/eg-web-common/modules/EnsEMBL/Web/Component/GeneTree/TreeAlignment.pm line 146.
