Hello Manuel,

MSU6 sequence in fasta, gene annotations, etc is available in Gramene's
release 38 FTP directory, see for example

ftp://ftp.gramene.org/pub/gramene/archives/PAST_RELEASES/release38/data/fasta/oryza_sativa/dna/

The same fasta sequence for IRGSP1 is available from the current release 40
at
ftp://ftp.gramene.org/pub/gramene/CURRENT_RELEASE/data/fasta/oryza_sativa/dna/

Unfortunately, we do not offer a browser with previous assemblies.

Hope this is useful,

Marcela
