To the administrator,

I am currently designing primers for our experiments and have noticed that
there were great discrepancies on the position of the SNPs that were
identified by our group to the current version of gramene rice sequence. Our
SNPs were obtained by comparing our selected varieties using MSU version 6.0.
May I ask if there's a way for me to access this version online? or is the
old Gramene sequence for rice is still available? for me not be confused.
