I'd like to enquire about the possibility to contribute data (in particular, gene function predictions) to gramene. Our group has been working on gene function prediction in the last few years, previously applied a.o. to Arabidopsis (e.g. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/21098674). We are now in the process of preparing a revised manuscript for Current Plant Biology (new Elsevier journal, http://www.journals.elsevier.com/current-plant-biology/) in which we describe application of our method to a.o. rice. Comparison with alternative methods such as blast2go indicates significant performance improvement. Is there a way in which our predictions could be made available via gramene?
