Hi Yuxin,

If you want to see a specific region aligned between Nipponbare
<http://ensembl.gramene.org/Oryza_sativa> and 9311
<http://ensembl.gramene.org/Oryza_indica>, you should go to your region of
interest in one of the above species, for example chr1:8,001-18,000 in *Oryza
sativa Japonica *(nipponbare) at
http://ensembl.gramene.org/Oryza_sativa/Location/Multi?r=1:8001-18000
>From this "Location" page, you may choose any of the available options
under the "Comparative genomics" menu in the left side bar, such as
alignments, region comparison or synteny, and select the other species that
you wish you align against (*O. sativa Indica* or 9311 in this case) from
the available options or if you choose "Region comparison", you could do
this by clicking on "Select species or regions".
