Hi.   I'm comparing the list of pathways in the file: maizecyc_v_2_2_pwy.txt
vs maizecyc_v_2_2_biopax-level2.owl.  The former contains 422 pathways and
the latter contains 467 pathways.   An example of a pathway missing from
maizecyc_v_2_2_pwy.txt is superpathway of phenylalanine and tyrosine
biosynthesis.  Was there a bug in the creation of the maizecyc_v_2_2_pwy.txt
file?
