Hi Anil

Sorry, I'm not familiar with RGAP format?  Would those be Oryza sativa
japonica gene models from IRGSP, MSU or RAP-DB?  Or are those specific Os
indica gene models?  Is there a project website where I could take a look
at this data?  Thanks,
