[Sciapps-support] Maker Sci App

Hello,

I have a gff file of predicted genes that did not come from Maker.  I want
to keep these gene names so I would like to start with this file and use
the evidence I provide to find new genes and make the old predictions
better. How do I set the control file for this? Thanks.
