Apparently we missed you in the announcement. The Poc CVS repository
was disabled on Oct 1st. The new repo is at OSU and has been changed
to svn. The new viewcvs link is:<br>
<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="http://palea.cgrb.oregonstate.edu/viewsvn/Poc/trunk/ontology/OBO_format/">http://palea.cgrb.oregonstate.edu/viewsvn/Poc/trunk/ontology/OBO_format/</a><br>
<br>
Here is a copy of the announcement that went out two weeks ago:<br>
The plantontology.org domain has undergone 2 significant changes
recently. First, the domain is now hosted by servers located at Oregon
State University. For the most part, there should be no noticeable
difference with this change.<br>
<br>
Second and more importantly, the CVS repositories named Poc and
plantontology will be <b>phased out of service on Oct 1st</b>. We
have transferred the repositories to SVN and have moved them to OSU.
Developers will need to get new accounts by following the instructions
located at the new tutorial site:<br>
<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext"
href="http://plantontology.org/download/svn_doc.html">http://plantontology.org/download/svn_doc.html</a><br>
<br>
Besides the obvious change for developers, anyone who downloads the
ontology files via either anonymous CVS access or the ViewCVS web
interface will have to change how they retrieve the files to ensure the
most current version is used. For regular anonymous checkout, please
use the following location:<br>
<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext"
href="http://palea.cgrb.oregonstate.edu:/svn/Poc">http://palea.cgrb.oregonstate.edu:/svn/Poc/trunk</a><br>
<br>
Groups who have been using the viewcvs web interface to automate
downloads of files will have to change their scripts to download the
files from<br>
<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext"
href="http://palea.cgrb.oregonstate.edu/viewsvn/Poc/trunk">http://palea.cgrb.oregonstate.edu/viewsvn/Poc/trunk</a><br>
<br>
If you have any problems, concerns or questions, please reply back to
me or the mailing list.<br>

Drilling down to that file from the top of the tree seems to cause
errors on their server, possible a permissions problem. Does anybody
have a contact over there?
