Can you send the attachment again. I didn't get one.

So what's the solution, create two subtypes of zygote (CL:0000365) one 
each for animal and plant. If I am not wrong the same may also apply to 
"zygospore" for many unicellular organisms. That's a different situation 
when we have this cell type developing by fusion of isogametes or 
nonisogametes.
