new terms / synonyms for citrus terms

OK, or endocarp is strictly applied to the inner epidermis of the fruit wall.

OK, or exocarp is strictly applied to the outer epidermis of the fruit wall.

This would have to be looked at on a case-by-case basis. The rind of 
a citrus = pericarp, but there is also another definition which means 
"the tough outer wall of a fruit you have to cut off to get to the 
innards".
