plant organ question

Hello.
I have been trying to connect a list of various cDNA libraries to your 
plant structure onthology, and I have encountered a few definition 
problems. For instance: in Apple libraries, some of the libraries were 
made from vegetative buds. other were made from "bud spurs". Can you 
help me define these organs so they're compatible with your list?
