new term suggestion: cauline & basal axillary branches

Pankaj,

I am not sure about terms 'second order basal axillary branch' and
'third order basal axillary branch', but we can discuss this in St Louis,
I am planning to have an hour-long discussion on several issues from Plant
Structure Ontology, likely on Saturday morning.
