I was wanting to adopt your plant part ontologies in a plant bioinformatics database that I am developing.

My plant parts include stolons and root nodules for white clover (Trifolium repens).  Neither of these parts are cited on the current ontology.  Do you have any recommendations for alternative ontologies?
