User's question - Link to PO AmiGO (fwd) (PR#53)

Dear Katherine,
Link to the Plant Ontology browser is located at the top navigation bar, second
from the left (below the PO logo), in the upper left corner of the main POC web
page.
I'll also add the link to the last line of the Dec 16 News item.
