Convert ontology download file to relational database

Hi,

 

I wish to convert the Plant ontology flat file to tables in a relational
database, SQLSERVER 2000.  

 

I've already installed DAG-EDIT v1.4.18; downloaded the Plant Ontology
and definition flat files.

 

Could you advise me on how I could proceed.
