Hi Shuly,
Thanks for adding Paulien to the list, I'll look at the both lists later, as for the Jitterbug, If possible I would like to have that one since TAIR is using it so I can get some help and tips on it. I'll follow up with Danny (out programmer at TAIR), to find out about pluses and minuses of the Jittterbug and do some comprisons.
I'll get back to you about this soon.

Hi Katica,
I added Paulien to the po-dev list - we don't assign titles to the people on the lists.
In order to view the mailing lists and for you, as the coordinator, to be able to add/remove/approve people in the lists,
or approve messages sent to the lists not by members of the list -
you can use our tool "Majorcool" - which is a web interface for administrating the lists.
This is the link to Majorcool:
http://brie4.cshl.org/cgi-bin/majorlists?module=modify
To use it you will need a password - I wiil send it to you in a seperate email.
Choose the list you are interested at from the drop down menu, then type the password, and then choose what you want to do.
To view the lists subscribers - choose this option and press go.
Other options include changing the configuration of the list (you probably don't want to touch that - if you do, please consult me before hand),
changing the info or intro file of the list and approving messages that are on hold (for this option you will need another password).
Let me know if you need further explanation on how to do things.
As for putting staff on the web - I can help you with putting things up on the live site (updating from cvs) as long as the html pages are in the cvs,
or you can email me the html pages and I will put them up (but I really don't have time to create htmls since I am working on other things too).
I am not familiar with Jitterbug - it seems like the project is not being maitained anymore
http://samba.anu.edu.au/jitterbug/
Pankaj suggested to use mantis - which is the same bug trucking system that source forge is using...
I am about to install that and test it - but, if you like Jitterbug in particular I will be happy to get more info about it.
Shuly.

Hi Shuly,
Paulien had visited TAIR after PAG and asked me about joining po-dev list.
Below is her email and I wander if she can join the list as a spectator or
collaborator (I am not sure which term is more appropriate in her case). By
the way, can I have a list of e-mails of that list and also of the internal
one?
I am about to send out the draft of the minutes from POC meeting in San
Diego and once it's ready we should put it on the web. Since I got quite a
few things to do, I was going to ask you if you could keep adding "stuff" on
the POC web site for the time being, and as soon as I get main things out of
my way, I'll start doing it myself.
We also need to get Jitterbug on the POC web site. Are you familiar with
it? Where have the e-mails gone so far?
I'll ask people around here about Jitterbug since TAIR use it for a long
time.
All for now,
Katica

Hi Katica,
I arrived back home yesterday and am at work now. But suffering from
jetlag.... Have a meeting in a few minutes, hope I can stay awake!
Talk to you later!
Paulien
PS I tried to subscribe to po-dev mailing list but it has to be approved
first, by the owner of this list. Are you that owner?
