First meeting of POC core members

i think it would be helpful to meet for the whole day. some additional
agenda items on top of your starting point could be:

1. introductions
2. tair progress report
3. gramene progress report
4. maizegdb progress report
5. kellog group progress report
6. discussion of logic on ontology merging
7. plan for the integration processs
8. organization of working groups
9. wrap up (plan for next meeting, action items)
