How about Morning 9-11 am

looks like rest of the afternoon is having good workshops.
Let me know and I will try to confirm with organizers to reserve a room.

BTW, do we actually need a room reservation. If everyone agrees we can get 
together at some place in that arena for a couple of hrs.
