DAG editor and MySQL

Hi Shuly,

Talk to Chris Mungall <cjm at fruitfly.bdgp.berkeley.edu> and John Richter 
<jrichter at bdgp.lbl.gov> before getting started. Possibly Chris has something in 
place to do those kind of things.

At the last GO meeting, Chris told me that if the "associations" are not 
involved, then it is fairly easy to implement.
