[Ngasp-help] nGASP ftp

Hi.

I'd like to ask, what is the difference  between these two directories in
wormbases ftp site about nGASP:

ftp://ftp.wormbase.org/pub/wormbase/nGASP_gene_predictions/
and
ftp://ftp.wormbase.org/pub/wormbase/nGASP/

I browsed through them and noticed that they are almost similar and they both
have the same set of directories:

ftp://ftp.wormbase.org/pub/wormbase/nGASP_gene_predictions/predictions/
and here:
ftp://ftp.wormbase.org/pub/wormbase/nGASP/final_gene_predictions/predictions/

Finally, what is the difference between processed and submitted directories
under the "worms" like:
ftp://ftp.wormbase.org/pub/wormbase/nGASP/final_gene_predictions/predictions/brenneri/

My goal is to try to find the latest  nucleotide sequences from nGASP project,
if there's any and to locate the 3'UTR and 5'UTR from c. briggsae, c. japonica,
c. remanei, c. brenneri.
