As you might of seen, a beta version of the latest release of the PO is
now available on our AmiGO Browser (<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext"
href="http://beta.plantontology.org:8080/amigo/go.cgi">http://beta.plantontology.org:8080/amigo/go.cgi</a>).
We have a number of annotations (115) from Gramene that are going to
need to be reassigned/moved to new PO terms as a result of the changes
that have been made.
The main issues are with the annotations
associated with the following PO terms which were obsoleted in the beta
version:
PO:0009003: sporophyte 114 (po_anatomy_gene_oryza_gramene.assoc, and po_anatomy_qtl_oryza_gramene.assoc
PO:0009004: gametophyte 1: from source file: po_anatomy_gene_oryza_gramene.assoc
We have put our recommendations or suggestions on the spreadsheet

Who should I talk to there about these? We have suggestions about where
they should go, but we want to run it by someone there first.
I a have attached them in a spreadsheet that can be forwarded to whoever
is the best person to send it to.
