We have a new Gramene release (v. 30) last week. So I guess you saw the difference between v 29 and v 30. At the latest release we have the GO annotation with oryza sativa indica group (BGI ) besides the GO annotation with Oryza sativa (TIGR/MSU 6). If you are working with MSU locus ID, you should use the oryza sativa.
