<p class=MsoNormal>Hey folks—<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>I’m updating the Gramene tutorial. We had
blastview in the old version, and I see now that the link at the top says
BLAST/BLAT. But I can’t seem to find BLAT.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>Am I looking in the right place? I’ve been here <a
href="http://gramene.org/Multi/blastview">http://gramene.org/Multi/blastview</a>
and tried some configuration but I can’t seem to locate it, DNA or
peptide.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>BTW: when I clicked the Online Help button from that page I
get an error message at Ensembl. <a
href="http://screencast.com/t/qFHqbsnAryq">http://screencast.com/t/qFHqbsnAryq</a>
I can see where BLAT is at Ensembl if I go directly there.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>Thanks for any guidance. If it isn’t supposed
to be there, that’s fine—I’ll just downplay that in the
tutorial. But I don’t want to miss it if I should have it in.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>Oh: when is the next release scheduled? Should I
be taking screen shots at this point or should I hold off a bit? I see in
the past September is possible.<o:p></o:p></p>
