<br>40min each including whatever question time you see fit for your own DB. If you think 40min is too much for your DB, I'm sure we can reallocate to time for other things. Do let me know.<br><br>Session 2 (2h)<br>GO+PO (45-50min)
<br>Metabolic pathways (30min)<br>TAIR genome update (30min)<br>Do let me know if you intend to participate in this session (if so provide me with an outline of your presentation... couple of lines will suffice. Pankaj, do you want to cover PO?).
<br><br>Now I guess if you intend to talk about the use of GO in your DB intro, we could have the session order reversed. Although we can just as well mention GO during the talk and introduced the GO talk for those interested. I don't think the order is that critical so if you have preferences we can definitely consider it.
<br><br>I hope this clarifies things.<br><br>oh, by the way, talking to Wendy (one of the ASPB meeting coordinators), this sessions do NOT fall under the Minisymposium category but workshops. As such I don't think there is a need for posters. We are making arrangement directly with the committee and are bypassing the whole abstract submission thing via the web. If you want a separate slot for your DB on very specialized topics, you might want to consider submitting an abstract under the
<a href="http://www.2007.botanyconference.org/2007Calls/CallforAbstracts2007.pdf">Botany Format</a>, which also does not require a poster. Or contact Wendy to see where you presentation would fit best.<br><br>If you could all provide me with a very rough dribble on what you intend to talk about during the intro session.
