Dear all, I've been trying to locate some Oryza markers on the Nipponbare genome. Some works mention the "RM.." and "SO.." markers but, although I can find some information about the former, there is nothing about the latter. Do you know where I can find the genomic locations (in base pairs) of the Oryza markers> thanks, FGV
