Hi,

Are RiceCyc pathways available in the BioPAX Level 3 format? If yes, can
you please point me to a link from where I can download the pathway dump?

I couldn't find a file for RiceCyc pathways in the BioPAX Level 3 format in
the ftp link:
ftp://ftp.gramene.org/pub/gramene/pathways/ricecyc/v_3_3/
